The staff was genuinely friendly and quick to help when we faced an issue with our room key. They turned a potential stressor into a positive experience!

Unfortunately, our bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, and we found used toiletries left behind. It was for an otherwise nice stay.

Pool was closed, bedding was musty.

Breakfast had some gems, but I was all about those bold brunch adventures nearby! Grabbed a sweet treat at Hurts Donut just down the road and soaked up the local vibe. The location rocked, smack dab in the middle of all the fun, making it a breeze to hit up shows and chow down at local eateries.

Alright, here comes the tea, the breakfast was running on fumes at times, and I noticed some expired bread that needed a reality check! Also, had a hiccup with the key card situation during checkout—kept me going back and forth like a game of hide and seek!

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short drive from fun spots like the Tanger Outlet Mall and White Water Park. The pool was a hit with my three kids, providing hours of entertainment after our adventures. The staff was friendly, adding to the welcoming vibe.
